Because we carefully curate each piece by hand, all sales are final. We put so much love into selecting every item in our collection, and we hope you'll love them as much as we do!
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered! Here's what to do:

- 2Include clear photos of the damage and your order number
- 3We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution
For Approved Claims
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Or a replacement item (if available)
- Or store credit for a future purchase
